‘Paul has spent 30 years working for major quantity surveying and project management firms. Having been a partner with QS firm Barney & Freeman, Paul joined Sweett Group plc, a major international construction consultancy, in 1988. Paul became a UK Board Director and Managing Director of the project management division. Moving on in 2008 Paul has established his own consultancy business and focuses on service development and overseeing the delivery of all project management, quantity surveying and other technical services on a number of significant residential and commercial projects. These include Chelsea & Westminster Hospital; Stoke House in Hampshire; RBS offices in London & Delhi; Café Milan, London; VLA campus in Surrey; Sidley Farm in Berkshire; MTV’s HQ in London; West Quay shopping centre in Southampton; and Arundel Great Court in London.’
